-Ozone

High voltages can break the bond between molecules of oxygen in the air. Single oxygen atoms are very unstable and will immediately link to O2 to create ozone - O3. Ozone is unstable and will give up one of its molecules quite readily to organic material like human tissue. Unfortunately ozone does this rather too energetically, not only is it poisonous, it is also thought to damage genetic material and so to be carcinogenic.

-Toner materials

-The main ingredient in the toner is carbon black. This is:

•   Mildly toxic - though some impurities in toners may be carcinogenic. As       currently manufactured, carbon blacks contain extremely low levels of impurities and do not warrant concern regarding health effects;

•   a respiratory irritant

•   May cause eye irritation.

Its better for us to sit with a good position why

Because if we sit with a bad position we sometimes have to face the risk such as back-pain

And so we must sit with a good position

It will be better if we sit:

-With hand, wrist, forearms straight parallel to the floor

-Your eyes should level with the top monitor

-Your back should be support

-Your feet should flat on the floor

And for bifocals/glasses

Well studies said it’s hard to find someone who use glasses/bifocals

Because some people have different kind of problems with their eyes

So It will better that when you are playing with your computer its better for you to use a computer glasses
